I have spent over 25 years as an entrepreneur, small business owner, financing specialist, business advisor, real estate investor, and health and safety consultant. I’ve owned and operated twelve companies either by myself or with partners. Although my educational background is scientific and technical in nature, I often gravitated to the role of Chief Financial Officer in the companies I’ve owned or managed. As a business advisor, I help other business owners understand their financial statements from a layman's perspective. This understanding provides them with strategies to be more profitable. I also strategize with business owners about customer discovery and effective ways to market their products or services. I am adept at spotting inefficiencies in a business and helping owners and managers correct these to make the business more profitable and valuable.
